Pet Policy
We love pets! We allow up to 2 pets per apartment-dogs/cats. The fees are $300 and the fees are non-refundable. We do charge a $10 per month pet rent for each pet. We also have some breed restrictions. We'd love to see a photo of your furry friend before you move in! Fish are welcome too but we do limit the size of the tank to 10 gallons.
